HHMI ~ Feast of Trumpets ~ A Biblical Wedding ~ Pt 3 ~ 12 Steps of Ancient Israeli Wedding

from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney

There are three trumpets that are associated with Yahweh’s redemption plan as it unfolds. They are: the first trump, the last trump, and the great trump. The first trump sounded at the giving of the Torah at Mt Sinai. And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled. Exodus 19:16 These trumpet blasts will herald significant events in the history of God’s redemption plan. The first trump is associated with Shavuot. The last trump is blown at the resurrection of the dead (1 Cor 15: 53-54) and is associated with Yom Teruah/Feast of Trumpets. The “great trump” is sounded at Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement. In this session, Eddie covers the 12 steps of an ancient Israeli wedding. This ancient wedding ceremony will teach us about OUR wedding to Yeshua.
