HHMI ~ Hebraic Bible Prophecy ~ Pt 10 ~ How Did the Church Drift so Far Away from Torah?
from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney
Biblical History is prophecy. In this session, Eddie continues his review of Antiochus Epiphanes, who is a “type” and “shadow” of the future anti-Christ, and who will champion the Globalist agenda. Antiochus was the leader of Greek Hellenism which was being imposed upon the ancient Jews. Antiochus decreed a “New One World Order” during his reign based in Greek culture/mindset. This mindset and permeated our culture today. The evil decrees of Antiochus Epiphanes included: *the people should not follow Torah *the people should not circumcise their children *the people should not celebrate the Sabbath *the people should not keep the biblical festivals *sacrifices should not be made in the temple *the people should be able to eat pork Did you realize that these decrees, that this is the doctrine New Testament Christianity? How did the evil decrees from Antiochus Epiphanes, how did this creep into the Sunday church world of today? This is a VERY SERIOUS MATTER. Anti-Torah is the spirit of Anti-Christ. The “Anti-christ” is the one who will order the people to NOT to follow the Torah. How is the Anti-christ described? As one who is lawless: that is, WITHOUT TORAH. We pray that traditional Christianity will be brought to DEEP REPENTANCE over this and would RETURN to the Torah, to the FULLNESS of the Word of God, from Genesis to Revelation.
