HHMI ~ Marriage Covenant Agreement ~ Pt 2 ~ Walking in the Mishpat (Good works)

In this session, Eddie lays out the big picture for this teaching. He shows us in the scriptures, the following principles: *A biblical marriage happens in two stages. In stage one, you are legally married but do not dwell with. In stage two, you dwell with your spouse. *At Mt Sinai there was a betrothal and a wedding. Yeshua proposed to his bride, the house of Jacob. (Ex. 19: 3, 5) *The 10 commandments is the “ketubah” or the marriage covenant agreement. *The “big picture” of this marriage covenant is given in Exodus 20, with the giving of the 10 commandments. The details of the covenant are given in Exodus 21-23. These details are called the “mishpatim”. *Yeshua wants His bride to be sanctified, that is, holy, set apart, obedient and faithful to the covenant and to the Torah. *Our works will be tried by fire. If we live a carnal life, we will have salvation, but we can lose status and reward. *Our works will be tried by fire. If we live a spirit led life that is faithful and obedient to Yeshua and His Torah, we will be a part of the bride and dwell with Him in Jerusalem.
