HHMI - Melchizedek Priesthood ~ Pt 3 ~ Melchizedek Priesthood Lineage

from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney

In creating the heavens and the earth, there was a man who was created to be the steward over the earth, and that was Adam. Adam was the first Melchizedek priest of the Kingdom of God on the earth. Adam was under the authority of Yeshua, who was under the authority of the heavenly Father. Adam was called to rule and reign and to teach God’s kingdom on the earth. Because of his disobedience, Adam was exiled out of the garden. The next Melchizedek priest is the oldest, faithful firstborn son in the family line. Who was the next Melchizedek priest after Adam? That was Seth: he was the second Melchizedek Priest. Successive Melchizedek priests included: Enos, Cainan, Mahalaleel, Jared, Enoch, Methuselah, Lamech and then Noah. From Adam to Noah there are ten generations. From Noah to Abraham there are also ten generations. From Adam to Jacob are 22 generations, the same number of letters in the Hebrew alphabet. In this session, we also look in greater detail at the first Melchizedek priest, Adam, and the events that happened in the garden of Eden.
