HHMI ~ Passover ~ Spiritual Applications ~ Pt 5 ~ Walking in Torah
from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney
In Exodus 12:8-9, we are told that the legs of the lamb must be eaten. What is this a spiritual picture of? The legs represent our walk with Yeshua… AND it represents our walk in the Torah. As you therefore have received Yeshua HaMashiach, so walk in Him. Colossians 2:6 Walking in Torah is walking in the truth. Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy Torah is the truth. Psalm 119:142 Walking in Torah is walking in the light. O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD. Isaiah 2:5 Walking in Torah is walking in Yeshua’s love. And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it. 2 John 1:6 Walking in Torah is walking in the Holy Spirit (Ruach HaKodes). A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
