The spirit of Greece is to UNITE all nations under one banner, with one culture, one set of laws, and one way of thinking. How that manifests today is shown in the drive to “erase borders”, allow the free flow of immigration, and leave behind national sovereignty to come under the “New World Order”. Antiochus Epiphanes IV was unable to successfully impose his evil decrees upon the people who followed the God of Israel, yet these “evil decrees” are now embedded in mainstream Christianity today. What are they? *the people of the God of Israel should not follow the Torah *the people of the God of Israel should not circumcise their children *the people of the God of Israel should not keep the Sabbath or the Biblical Feasts *the people of the God of Israel should eat unclean food, including pig. The main outcome of the spirit and sons of Greece is that they oppose following the Torah. Greek culture/thought does not advocate following the Torah. If we approach the bible with a Greek mindset, with human reasoning/logic, we will be blinded to the fact that Yeshua calls us to follow the Torah by the Holy Spirit (John 14:15, Matthew 5:17). We need to approach the bible and understand it through Hebraic thought, not Greek thought.
