HHMI ~ The 7000 Year Plan of the God of Israel ~ Pt 2
from Hebraic Heritage Radio Podcasts · host Eddie Chumney
In this teaching series, we are going to look at the 7000 year plan of the God of Israel. We we are going to learn is that from the creation of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eve to the end of the Messianic Era is 7,000 years of time. We need to understand the 7,000 years of time in order to understand the language that the prophets of Israel used when they are speaking about the end of days. They often use the term “the Day of the Lord”. That term needs to be understood in context to the 7,000 year plan of the God of Israel. Each day in creation represents a thousand years. But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 2 Peter 3:8 The seventh day of the week, the Sabbath, foreshadows the last thousand years, when Yeshua will be ruling and reigning. Another very important Torah principle to understand is this: The God of Israel has already told us about the end of days in the beginning of time. Biblical history is prophecy. We can see this principle in Isaiah 46:9-10: Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure. Listen in as Eddie walks us through the 7000 year plan of God as he connects the dots and gives us the big picture!
