Martha said unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. John 11: 24 Martha was focused on the personal resurrection that will happen on “the last day”. She was missing another resurrection: that of the whole house of Israel: When Yeshua gathers and unites of all twelve tribes. This is likened unto a “resurrection from the dead.” Yeshua said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Believest thou this? She sais unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world. John 11: 25-27 What did Martha “get” in what Yeshua was trying to communicate to her? What she got:That Yeshua is the Christ, the Son of God. What did Martha “miss” in what Yeshua was trying to communicate to her? What she missed: That one of Yeshua’s primary missions is to gather and unite the 12 tribes of Israel, to resurrect the “exiles of Israel” from the dead, by ending their exile.
