And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. Genesis 17:1 I am Alef and the Tav, the beginning and the ending, says the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Revelation 1:8 It was “Almighty God”, which in Hebrew, is “El Shaddai” who made covenant with Abraham. In Rev 1:8, this Almighty God IS Yeshua, the alef and the tav, the beginning and the end. Therefore, it was Yeshua who appeared to Abraham and made covenant with him. Yeshua is in covenant relationship with Abraham. When you accept Yeshua as the Messiah, you are in covenant relationship with him, and HE is in covenant relationship with Abraham, therefore all believers in Yeshua the Messiah are heirs to what was promised to Abraham. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He said not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to your seed, which is Yeshua.
