And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the Mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. nd I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps. And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. Revelation 14: 1-3 Who are the 144,000? We can think of them as the “Moses company”. What is their task? They will be leading the exiles who have been scattered all over the earth to the land of Israel. There will be multiple camps of the righteous scattered throughout the nations. Each camp will have the pillar of cloud by day and column of fire by night leading them. Each camp will have one of these of the “Moses company” to lead them: And the LORD will create upon every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and upon her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day, and the shining of a flaming fire by night: for upon all the glory shall be a defense. And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain. Isaiah 4:5-6 The coming out of Egypt is a prophetic foreshadowing of the 12 tribes of Israel coming out of the nations in the end of days. How it DID happen is how it WILL happen in the end of days. According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.
