HHMI ~ Yeshua From Gen to Rev ~ Pt 25 ~ War of Gog/Magog and the Fall of Babylon

Just as there was a judgment of ten plagues upon Egypt and THEN the children of Israel LEFT Egypt, similarly there will be a judgment upon the nations and THEN the exiles of Israel will be gathered. This judgment will be seen in the Gog/Magog war: In Ezekiel 39:21, 23, 25, 27, some key themes emerge about the final redemption: *The Gog coalition will be defeated. *All the nations will know that He is the God of Israel *All nations will know that house of Israel went into captivity, that Yahweh “hid His face” from them, gave them into the hand of the enemy *Yahweh will turn back the captivity of Jacob and have mercy on the whole house of Israel (both Judah and Ephraim) *Yahweh will gather the exiles of Israel and bring them back to the land of Israel This judgment will also been seen falling upon the end of days daughter of Babylon nation: Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces. For out of the north there cometh up a nation against her, which shall make her land desolate, and none shall dwell therein: they shall remove, they shall depart, both man and beast. Jeremiah 50:2-3 As Gog/Magog is defeated, and as Babylon FALLS, that is WHEN the exiles of Israel will be gathered from all nations and led on a journey home. When I have brought them again from the people, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations; hen shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there. Ezekiel 39: 27-28 The exiles of Israel will LEAVE Babylon as it is falling and be led, cloud by day, pillar of fire by night, on a journey HOME to the land of Israel: Babylon hath caused the slain of Israel to fall, so at Babylon shall fall the slain of all the earth. Ye that have escaped the sword, go away, stand not still: remember the LORD afar off, and let Jerusalem come into your mind.
