As we enter the story in 2 Kings 22, eight-year-old Josiah inherits a nation spiritually bankrupt from decades of corrupt leadership. Defying his family legacy, he grows up determined to do "what was right in the Lord's eyes" and eventually launches a massive project to repair the broken, neglected Temple in Jerusalem.During the construction, the high priest makes a startling discovery: buried in the clutter of the neglected house of God is the lost Instruction scroll (the Law of Moses).
