Hidden Track

This is a weird musical nugget I found fragments of in my archives from five or so years ago. Sounds like I was aiming for some kind of mock collaboration between Robert Fripp and Peter Gabriel. As usual, me on vocals, guitar and bass with a Line6 looper drum beat Hidden Track Make it breathe around you like a fire in your hearth Make it breed around you like a fire in your heart I have got no memory of what I've seen before But, I feel a fine line drawing And I turned away from the mystery that I had been before Could you know me? Where's the fire in your heart? Burning like a slow-burning soul I bring it back too Had to break the mystery But I don't need what I can't fear If I'm walking I'm right there with me Bad feeling, like a weirdo You're going off to bed That's what you're doing, with your thoughts on fire, bleeding out through the wire It's a long way, a long way back home.
