Hiding Out with Dr. Brian Mann - Main Event

Having rewatched the 1987 Jon Cryer star vehicle Hiding Out, we sit back down with our special guest, professor of modern Middle Eastern history Brian Mann to peer deep into the soul of eight-year-old Brian to divine what it was about this tale of a nearly 30-year-old stockbroker on the run from the mob embedding himself in a Delaware High School and doing everything he can to stop himself from bedding a high school girl who he ultimately follows to college. Tip your cap to the '80s? Strap in for a fun ride, and find out what Jon Cryer had to say about Josh having just seen this film when fate thrust them together in real life. Hiding Out is currently available to stream for free in the US on Prime Video with Ads. Brian can be found on: Letterboxd All music in the show was composed by Divorcio Suave.
