Hierarchie und sozialer Status bei Hunden

Das Thema dieser Folge war eine Frage einer lieben Zuhörerin. Sie hatte schon mehrfach die Aussage gehört, dass Hunde den sozialen Status eines fremden Artgenossen "erriechen" könnten. Was hat es damit auf sich? Haben Hunde überhaupt einen sozialen Status?
