The High Commissioner of India to the UK Vikram Dorai-swami is in Gibraltar. He brings the good news that holders of Gibraltar-issued British passports can now access India's e-visa system. Our reporter Iain Triay Clarence told us more.Just four sleeps left for Christmas, but what kind of weather will Santa be riding his sleigh in?
