HIGH FIVE: "The Faith of Jesus" (3/12/23)

Is there something BIG in your life that you need to trust God with in a new way? In this new series; the five values of Jesus that shape who we want to be as a church family, we've looked at the WELCOME of Jesus and the FREEDOM of Jesus. This Sunday, we turn our attention to the FAITH OF JESUS, displayed in Matthew 8:5-13. Jesus encouraged faith, rewarded faith, and lived by faith, and we want to follow His example! We seek to be a church that is dependent on the supernatural work of God, a community that trusts Him to do amazing things in our lives. Branches Humboldt exists today because of the big faith of so many, and we want to continue trusting in God to do incredible things as He draws many people to Himself. We believe in a BIG God who can do anything! ...but sometimes we don't. We're human, weak, and distrusting...we often lose faith as fast as we find it... Even Jesus' closest friends begged Him; "Give us more faith!" (Luke 17:5), and His answer is a gift to us today. Let's wrestle with the faith of Jesus together...
