Grace is not your average pastry chef, as she also works as a flight attendant for a major airline and runs her own content creation channel, Grace's Place. A New Jersey transplant to South Florida, Grace started her channel after being laid off from both her jobs as a Pastry Chef Instructor and flight attendant due to COVID-19.  Grace firmly believes that cooking nourishes our communities and wants to use her channel as a way to rebuild her community and showcase the talented people she knows by cooking with them.
