Here’s a new series for ya – High Impact Leadership! In this series, we are going to cover deeper topics that will help you take your troop to the Next Level. Today, we’re covering the Bronze Award process and how to help your girls complete their Bronze Award in a high impact way! It’s important to note that you should first check with your council to see what trainings, requirements, and resources they make available for volunteers with troops who are working toward their Bronze Award. You should also note that my steps don’t necessarily perfectly align with GSUSA’s. Get familiar with both your council’s materials and GSUSA’s before you start my steps.
