HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY: MSHSL makes 'majestic' decision

DEERWOOD, Minn. — The Minnesota State High School League state cross country meet is more “majestic” than ever. That’s because the MSHSL has approved Majestic Oaks in Ham Lake as the new site for the state meet beginning with the 2026 season during board of directors meetings on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at Ruttger’s Lake Bay Resort.  The meet will take place on Saturday, Nov. 7, with three classes contested: A, AA and AAA.  Majestic Oaks is situated roughly 20 miles north of downtown Minneapolis across the street from Bunker Hills Regional Park.  St. Olaf College in Northfield also was under...
