High School Softball: River Valley at Richland Center

The Richland Center softball team picked up a conference win 5-0 over visiting River Vally on Tuesday night. The Hornets never trailed in the game after an rbi single by Maddy McGlynn in the first inning. They would put 4 more runs on the board in the 4th. Jaycee Gander hit an rbi double, Tatum Reyzek doubled in 2 runs, and Ava Martin hit an rbi single. Freshman pitcher Kyree Fisher pitched an impressive game with 16 strike outs, 1 walk, and 4 hits given up. Fisher and McGlynn both had two hits. Guest: Phil Nee
