ST. PAUL — Rarefied air can be reached. Provided he is an elite, goal-setting athlete. And that’s certainly the case for Pipestone Area Schools’ sophomore wrestler Miklo Hernandez. On Saturday afternoon at Grand Casino Arena, Hernandez became only the third Arrow to claim three individual state championships. Hernandez recorded a 17-2 technical fall victory over Fosston-Bagley’s Ian Phrakonkham in the Class A 133-pound title bout. The match was stopped shortly before the end of the third period.
