High-speed chase ends with arrests at Brisbane shopping centre

A 30-year-old man and a woman were arrested in Brisbane after stealing a luxury Mercedes and leading police on a high-speed chase through multiple southeast Queensland suburbs. The pursuit began in Red Bank and ended at a Maruka shopping centre, where police chased the male driver on foot through a car park to outside a Woolworths store while the female passenger continued driving before being stopped.
