Higher Standard Podcast, Episode 1

In the debut edition of the "Higher Standard" podcast, head coach Chris Ayres join the show to discuss an exciting opening stretch for the 2018-19 Princeton wrestling team. He reflects on the Lehigh win and the rest of the tough dual match schedule, and then he discusses several impressive individual performances from the early months of the season, especially from Patrick Brucki and Matthew Kolodzik. Ayres also gives some early impressions on his highly touted freshman class and ends with a quick look at Thursday's Rider match on ESPN+.
