Highland School District & Ron Greiner Have Their Day in District Court

On this VIDEO episode of Southeast Iowa Today John Bain heads to the Washington County Courthouse in Washington, Iowa, for the Motion for Summary Judgement in District Court. This is the result of Ron Greiner’s appeal of the Contest Court of January 20, 2025, where a decision was made in Contest Court to move forward with the Contested Results of the Highland School District $15 Million Bond Referendum. After listening and asking questions of both sides’ Counsel, Judge Michael Carpenter, stated it would be up to two weeks to thirty days before he renders a decision. Watch it all here!
