Hey everybody, Bob McCranie with Texas Pride Realty, and your "Realty Idea of the Day" is to highlight your previous sales. People see you as a real estate agent, and you know, they may pass you on Instagram or Facebook, or any of these other sites, but they don't know what you're doing. So let's highlight our recent sales. Let's take the last six months, buyers, sellers, put them together, and say "Here, you know, I sold 14 houses. I am already a multi-million dollar producer." Or, "I have sold three houses!" or maybe if I am brand new, "I just sold one! Here's my first sale." So go out and talk about your production. Talk about maybe you have a listing coming up. Let's get people introduced to the idea that you have inventory, and that you moved it. Because the worst thing you can do in the world is be a secret agent. There's so many agents out there right now who just, "I can't talk about it, I can't share, I don't want any..." No, no, no, get out there, let's go. So talk about you
