Highway Robbery! Pima County Vs. Tucson!

Rant Alert!  In today's post, I share with you my personal feelings about what is happening in Tucson vs. Pima County and the PAYGO Plan.  If you haven't heard about PAYGO, it is the County's recent attempts to take tax money from Tucson city residents to pay for the unincorporated areas of Pima County to have roads...
