She has an international business degree from The American  University of Paris, is a best-selling author, and has worked in the marketing and event management departments of brands such as Ralph Lauren, Gucci, and The Wedding Shop (distributor for Valentino and Vera Wang). In 2009, Hillary founded A Gadsby Affair, a strategic marketing and experiential event company.  In 2016, Hillary founded Boss Talks, a global membership platform for women entrepreneurs and business leaders that helps them level up their businesses and careers to unleash their revenue potential.  In addition to providing mentorship by top women entrepreneurs (through monthly events and quarterly trainings), we provide business and social connections as well as the support of a community of women in 11 cities and 14 countries who have each other’s backs.  Our ultimate mission is to increase the economic footprint of women globally.
