This is the first episode that we’re officially calling the Casual Diehard podcast, as we do a light to moderate rebrand. Willets Pen isn’t going anywhere, but it was born as a Mets book project (and still will be one eventually!) and will be our newsletter.The subway station where the Mets play isn’t a great namesake for a podcast where we talk about all kinds of sports and whatever other tangents we go on. In this episode, for instance, with Britt, Jesse, and special guest Sophie Ross, we’ve got shared sadness for the effective end of the Bengals’ season and Ferrari’s season continuing exactly as it has.
