HIS LIGHT IN YOUR NIGHT SEASON

Scripture: “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” – John 1:5 Devotional Message: Night seasons are those moments when life feels uncertain, quiet, or heavy—when answers seem delayed and the path ahead is unclear. Yet Scripture reminds us that darkness is never stronger than light. God’s light shines brightest in the darkest moments, guiding, comforting, and sustaining us when we feel most vulnerable. In your night season, God is not absent. He is present, working quietly, strengthening your faith, and preparing you for a new dawn. His light may not remove the night instantly, but it gives you clarity to take the next step and peace to rest in His promises. Just as stars are visible only in the dark, God often reveals His power most clearly in seasons of difficulty. Hold on to this truth: night is temporary, but God’s light is eternal. Trust Him to lead you through the darkness, knowing that morning will surely come. Today, Ask Yourself: Am I trusting God’s light to guide me through this night season, even when I cannot see the full picture? Prayer: Lord, thank You for being my light in the darkness. In this night season, help me trust Your presence and follow Your guidance. Let Your light fill my heart with peace and hope until the morning comes. Amen.
