With 30 years of experience in the museum field, she brings expertise in leadership, collections management, strategic planning, educational programming, and exhibition development. Throughout her career, Carroll has served in leadership roles at several museums, including the American Clock & Watch Museum in Bristol, Connecticut, Canterbury Shaker Village, NH, the Laconia Historical Society, NH, and the Saco Museum in Maine.
