Welcome to Episode 35 of the Asian American History 101 podcast! Back in Episode 25, we began to discuss the history of Hawai'i, the most famous of the Pacific Islands. It's time for Part 2! In this episode, we talk about the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawai'i and the events that led up to it.
