David Gonzales is an artist from Richmond, California who grew up in his local lowrider and Chicano arts scene. Starting with his own t-shirts and comic strips, he created the Homies characters that became a worldwide phenomenon. After selling millions of toys, David had to start from square one after the vending machine industry collapses.
