https://3speak.tv/watch?v=esthersanchez/d8d2ed37 Hola, estimados amigos. ** Por acá les dejo la letra, si gustan cantarla: Unforgettable That's what you are Unforgettable Though near or far Like a song of love That clings to me How the thought of you Does things to me Never before Has someone been more Unforgettable In every way And forevermore That's how you'll stay That's why, darling It's incredible That someone so unforgettable Thinks that I am Unforgettable too. ENGLISH VERSION: Hello, dear friends. I hope you’ve had a great start to the week and that you’re all in good health. Over here, I’m full of positive energy and eager to share more music with you. This time, it’s “Unforgettable,” a beautiful song dedicated to our loved ones. This song was one of the first I started singing as I was learning English pronunciation, and I’ve always loved singing it. It was written by Irvin Gordon, and although it was originally titled “Uncomparable,” the composer was asked to change it, which he did, resulting in the version we know today since 1951, made famous by Nat King Cole. Years later, his daughter, Natalie, revived it and sang it as if she had been singing it with her father, using a recording from a live performance in the 1980s. The song was a huge hit, reaching number 14 on the Billboard Top 100 chart. It is a song classified within the jazz genre. This song has always felt special to me, not only because of its lyrics—an ode to love expressed in such a beautiful way that highlights what it means to be loved—but also because it conveys the reciprocity of that love and admiration: “That’s why, darling, it’s incredible that someone so unforgettable thinks that I am unforgettable, too.” Here are the lyrics, in case you want to sing along: Unforgettable That's what you are Unforgettable Though near or far Like a song of love That clings to me How the thought of you Does things to me Never before Has someone been more Unforgettable In every way And forevermore That's how you'll stay That's why, darling It's incredible That someone so unforgettable Thinks that I am Unforgettable too. It has been a pleasure to sing and share this moment with you. Until the next song.
