Mr. Alfie Chen, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director of Style3D, introduces an Embodied Intelligence Framework for smart manufacturing with aerospace background, targeting deformable fabric pick-and-place manipulation. Distinct from rigid pre-programmed robots, the framework addresses the physical blind spot of general large language models by integrating depth camera perception, open-source LLMs, FEA-based agent physics validation, and special nozzle actuators. Adopting a human-centric human-in-the-loop design that reserves human judgment for complex quality decisions, the system has been validated on 14 fabric varieties. This research effectively bridges the gap between AI natural language planning and physically reliable robotic execution in garment automation.
