در این اپیزود ما با  Steven Zhang صحبت کردیم.  استیون مدرک لیسانس خود را از دانشگاه Davis California در رشته آمار گرفته و ام بی ای را از  Goizueta Business School از سال ۲۰۱۷ وارد صنعت Private Equity شده به در زمینه ی  Real estate استیون سال 2019 Yi -Investment ایجاد کرده است. ما با استیون در مورد شرایط بازار مسکن آمریکا و پیش بینی او برای سال آینده بحث کردیم. در بخش دوم ما راجع به داستان  wework و گزارش Goldman Sachs حرف زدیم. In our episode with Steven Zhang, we talked about his educational background and career journey. Steven obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School. He entered the Private Equity industry in 2017, particularly focusing on Real Estate. In 2019, Steven founded Yi-Investment. We discussed the housing market conditions in the US and predictions for the coming year.
