Neil Chadda is an HMO investor, entrepreneur and business owner. He has been investing in HMOs in London and is also the admin for the HMO Group on Facebook - the largest HMO Facebook group with over 10,000 members. He has recently launched NEVO -  a new platform to help HMO investors systemise their business. It works for investors, landlords, operators and lettings agencies.    In our interview, Neil discusses the challenges of being an HMO operator in 2023, how he sees the landscape moving forward and how NEVO can help solve some of those tricky issues. Neil is also part of the HMO council tax reform group and his previous role as a political lobbyist has helped us to shape and frame a message more effectively.
