We talk about the Golden State Warriors and their debt obligations from the remodel of Oracle arena should they leave the arena before the bond is paid. We also talk about the Angel Stadium getting it's land appraised so the public knows exactly how much of a subsidy the Angels are getting for exactly one dollar a year for 75ish years.
