The property Tax exemption that Cablevision enjoys from their ownership of Madison Square Garden. The Exemption will cost the city 541 million (in 2014 dollars). Also talked about the possibility of LeBron James' threat to sit out the 14-15 NBA season turning into a new players league. The answer is not going to happen :( MLS expansion to 24 team by 2020 the bidding war using cities' tax money that will ensue for the 24th franchise. We also talk about Wrigley Field turning 100.
