Hockey Returning To Prescott Valley With New USHL Team

The USHL announced Wednesday that Prescott Valley is among six markets selected for expansion, joining Phoenix, San Diego, Orange County, Simi Valley, and Northern California. The league is targeting the 2027-28 season for the launch of the new teams. The expansion will bring the nation’s top level of junior hockey to Prescott Valley, giving the community a new connection to one of the leading development leagues for college and professional players.
