Hofstra Hall of Fame Celebrates Champions | Hofstra Pride Basketball News

Hofstra University celebrated its Hall of Fame Class of 2026 — a star-studded event that also served as their biggest fundraiser, with all proceeds going directly to support student-athletes and build champions on and off the field. Seven incredible honorees were inducted, including Ray Downey Senior for service, wrestling’s Roman Fleszar, soccer’s Leah Galton, football stars Noell Maerz and Courtney Walcott, men’s basketball’s Ken Rood, and dual-sport legend Glenn Wilkinson. The day began with a golf outing, culminated in a moving induction ceremony, and featured a silent auction and raffle to boost fundraising — all made possible by generous sponsors. It’s a powerful reminder of how Hofstra honors its past while investing in the future of its athletic community. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
