Hold Back Nothing for God | Daily Homily June 6 2026

The First Saturday devotion is a beautiful opportunity to renew our faith and draw closer to God. In this homily, we reflect on the childlike trust that Jesus calls each of us to have. The poor widow in the Gospel shows us what it means to give everything to the Lord without holding back. Her example points us to the Blessed Mother and to Jesus, who both surrendered completely to God's will. Through prayer, the Rosary, Confession, and Holy Communion, our hearts are slowly transformed by God's grace. As we receive the One who gave everything for us, we are invited to trust Him more deeply and offer our lives to Him each day.
