HOLD HANDS

Humans hold on to a lot: families, money, possessions, beliefs. It's difficult to let go of what we care about. One of the most difficult notions to let go of are grudges: the anger and resentment we feel towards others who have let us down, betrayed us or failed to keep their promises. Humans can be easily offended by the thoughtless actions of others and many are determined to preserve those judgments indefinitely. But holding on to grudges is incredibly self-defeating and exhausting.
