For you are reaping the harvest of your faith—the full salvation promised you—your souls’ victory! Our hope is not based on our circumstances. It is based on the work of Christ. It is based on the truth that He was raised from the dead. And it is based on His promise to return and restore all things. Even though we cannot see the object of our faith today, we can still have joy. Faith and hope bring us unfading joy, reminding us that our God always keeps His promises.
