Hold On To Jesus

Psalm 22 begins with these words: “My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?” King David felt overwhelmed, asking God, “Why are You so far from helping me?” Have you ever prayed like that? He continued, “I cry out to You in the daytime, but You do not hear me.” (Psalm 22:2) David was saying, in a sense, “I’m doing my part—where are You, God?” Have you ever sat in church, hearing others share victories while you struggle? When you feel overwhelmed, spend time with God in prayer, trusting that He hears you and that your story is still unfolding. Hold on to Jesus—He hasn’t forsaken you. You are called to be a part of God’s army, and through you, He will bring His name to reputation. Believe God for a miracle in your own life. It’s time to pray.
