Hold the Note

from Throwing Light · host Brandy Walker

Thank you for your patience with me as I relaunch this podcast in a pandemic. I am practicing radical self compassion and self kindness and I hope you are too. After a good deal of resistance, I have finally created an episode I am excited to share! It's difficult but important to allow yourself to be creatively vulnerable in the best of times. Under these current circumstances, it feels even more essential. In this episode, I share 5 ways you can bloom where you're planted—we're all planted somewhere right now. We can't change the soil, so we may have to change ourselves. HONORABLE MENTIONS: Amanda Flaker on YouTube Sacred Contracts by Caroline Myss Thank you for listening! Throwing Light is for people who believe in the restoration and healing of the world and who aren't hung up on outdated dogma that seeks to dictate what that's supposed to look like. I'm interested in connecting with people who are actively working toward healing and restoration for themselves and the world. I am especially interested in connecting with helping professionals and people who spend their days caring for others. I promise that engaging with this podcast will help you on your healing journey and motivate you to delve even deeper into the beautiful work you are already doing in the world. If you resonate with my work and want to stay connected, be sure to follow me on Instagram or subscribe to Glow Mail (my semi-regular love letter via email). If you have any questions, you can email me at [email protected]. I would love to hear from you!
