Holiday Boundaries

Exploring the topic of boundaries during the holiday season. In my private reiki practice, most clients have some struggles around the issue of boundaries during this time. Culturally it is normalized that women, especially mothers, over extend themselves during this time.  How do we select and uphold boundaries in a loving way? What do we risk when we fail to uphold boundaries? I discuss boundaries from my own personal experience and from the lens of my private reiki practice - including looking at how a lack of boundaries is manifesting in the energy system (chakras), and what physical manifestations can come from it.  And then i lead you in a guided practice to feel deeply, to tune in, and notice what boundaries your inner wisdom is asking you to uphold today.   Enjoy!   Music by Music of Wisdom, "Our Peaceful Ocean"
