Dots Gloves are available in two standard sizes, Mens and Womens. Mens size fits hands medium to large. Womens size fits hands extra small to small. The gloves are knit such that they will accommodate a range of variably sized hands. Hand wash in lukewarm water, or machine wash on a cold cycle. Add a mild soap or wool-safe detergent to the wash. Roll into an absorbent towel, then lie flat and air dry. All orders process and ship from our facility within seven business days of purchase. Currently we use USPS and will be adding more shipping options soon. Domestic orders start at $5.00. We ship to all countries. Note, international shipments are subject to additional taxes and duty costs. Unworn gloves may be returned or exchanged up to forty-five days after receipt date. Note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for exchanges. Also, in order to conserve, we use only electronic invoices. 1. Repackage and write "Exchange" or "Refund" as well as your four-digit order number on the back of the envelope. 2. Ship to the origin address on the original package. 3. Your exchange or return will be processed within a week of receipt. Note, exchanges may take longer depending on stock availability.
