Here is a method I use of viewing the underlying unconscious particles in social settings that contribute drama. And boy do we tend to experience some drama! This is how I have learned to unpack situations with one specific dramatic person in my life. My intention is that this helps others to be able to find ways to (if they want to do so) remain in a somewhat neutral dynamic with dramatic people, trying to be understanding and patient. Yes they may still cause pain. But it is also totally fine to completely avoid dramatic types.
