Holiday Lies, Truth, and Peace

Being sucked into drama is a choice. The stories we have told ourselves, so many of them just aren’t true. We don’t need to play in the land of judgment or the need to be right. The 2020 pandemic has given us the opportunity (and excuse) not to visit various family members. Well, what choices will you be making when the pandemic resolves?  Do you let the drama of others run (or ruin) your life? That’s a choice, too! It’s a choice to believe the stories you’re running in your head. It’s a choice to live into your own truth of strength. And it’s a choice to find peace, compassion, and love this season. Step into the holidays and the New Year by letting go of the drama and engaging with Love and Compassion. It’s there you’ll find your peace.
